he's a black lab and pit mix. i forget where they found him but he was a lil tiny puppy still. he has huge paws, and they were the same size when he was a puppy. when he was little, austins cousin blew pot smoke in his face repeatedly and apparently it fucked him up a bit. he's anxious a lot, can't see or hear too well. somewhat offstandish towards me at first. but the first time austin and his mom had to leave me there alone, we bonded. i was crying because i just get really depressed for no reason sometimes. he walked right up to me and kept nudging me. he let me hug him when before he would barely let me touch him without growling. he's a real sweetie.

he gets in little tiffs with butters occasionally over the balls. he thinks lexi is his mom and has become increasingly protective over her as she ages. he's the only one lexi will play with nowadays. oh, apparently he ate a beehive once. fucking incredible. he's quite a bit smarter than any other dog i've met. austin taught him how to play hide and seek, and he already knows most of my hiding places. he's more vocal too, like he has specific barks for specific questions. you gotta go potty? roooo. ya hungry? woof. you gotta move. grrruuruu. so precious.
