I changed her name from "Loca" to "Loka" because I decided it was a little weird to have a character with a name that directly means crazy in another language. Now her name just implies it. xDDDD

But yeah, she was inspired by the song "Loca" by Shakira. I love Shakira. <33

The way she's described on the sheet makes her seem very goody-goody, but she can be pretty pervy and obnoxious. :3 (Just like meeee) x3
