Oh woah! This is really cool! You never cease to amaze with you origniality and creativity.
I think it needs a tad bit of work; the yellow background above the water doesn't look good. I think it should be another color, perhaps light green, with less squiggles. The wings look a bit odd, like they should be a slightly different shape.
However, I adore the rest of it. The water looks great, and I love the patterns on her body. I get the impression this is suposed to be slightly abstract.~
