Forgot to upload this once I finished it. This was the cover image for issue 14 of the Frontier Explorer (frontierexplorer.org )I used Jay Thurman's model (jaythurman.deviantart.com/art/… ) for the ship. The background is an image from NASA. The engine exhaust was added in GIMP.
