He has committed so many crimes, and done so much wrong, that it would be easier to describe what he didn't do wrong.
He will stop at nothing to get his way, and to have a general blast seeing misery from other people, as that makes him happiest.
He is aware what is right and what is wrong. He simply enjoys wrong. He isn't crazy, nor possessed.
He enjoys unrest, and panic. He thrives from hatred, he enjoys breaking people the most, and seeing the hope and happiness disappear right from their eyes.
