He then crafts clothing, the Dragonic Armor, the Psychic Gear, and the Eletric Garb. Thus the final step is ready to commence. His supernatural abilities brought back two people from the dead, however it's been so long since thier death that the souls behind the originals have long moved on, at least to his knowledge. Thus he instead recreated them from memory. The details are a bit hazy, but he feels that's the best he can do. Thus he gave the male, the psychic katana and gear, and told him his name was Astral. The female was given the eletric Ninjatō and grab, declaring her name to be Nuetron. Feeling a sense of responsibility for giving life, he took them under his wing and trained them to be the best they can be. Surprising to Draconian the two really like him. What awaits the trio is anyone's guess.
