This is an entry for Equestria Daily's Artist Training Ground Day 15: Draw a Ponyfied version of your favorite book/game/etc.Wow. This one took awhile. But I finally did it. I drew up Filly Sunset Shimmer from My Little Pony as Link from the Legend of Zelda. Much of the inspiration comes from the artwork from the original Legend of Zelda Video Game on the NES. I may do an expanded version of this artpiece in the future. Perhaps one with Wanda as Zelda and Coldnelius as Ganon.
And yes, I know the original shield had a cross on it. I chose to use the Triforce as a nod to the latter game's shields.
Sunset Shimmer is apart of the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic universe created by and Bonnie Zacharle. Owned by Hasbro
The Legend of Zelda was created by Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka. Owned by Nintendo
