Unbreakable Chains

These chains...
So hard to break,
They are so heavy
To much to bear

They will not snap
They will not break
These chains,
To heavy for one person to bear

They drag me to the floor
Pulling me down
Hurting more and more
As each day passes

Why do I hold on
Why do I keep living
Why...
I want to know

Something in my head
Not exepting of death
Telling me there is something
Something to live for

Someone to care for
And someone to love
She is trying
I know she is

She tryes to cut them
But cannot
These ties to life
They are pointless

If you have no one to care for
Then life is pointless
But I do
I have someone to love and to protect

She is alwas right there for me
When I feel down
She gives meaning to my life
She helps me hold up these wreched chains

She gives me hope
And she gives me love
She will save me
I just know

These chains are lighter now
But they are still there
Binding me to the one thing I dont want to let go of
Love

We share our love
We help each other now
Loving and caring for one another
These unbreakable chains...can stay
