One of the common screenbugs of the 90s on TMC. There are some clips from TMC's broadcast from 1993 to 2002 which has this screenbug (French dub of DBZ, for example, had this screenbug when it was broadcasted on TMC back then). Opacity is lowered to 69% since news broadcast on TMC back in the 90s had the screenbug's opacity lowered, if I'm right. Some broadcast clips that has the screenbug are on YouTube, Dailymotion, etc.
