Activate only when your opponent Summons a monster(s), and controls at least 3 more monsters than you do: Destroy as many monsters your opponent controls as possible, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Dreadroot Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 10/ATK 4000/DEF 4000). It cannot leave the field. While "Dreadroot Token" is face-up on the field: Halve the ATK and DEF of all monsters your opponent controls, also you take no Battle Damage or Effect Damage.
