Been stressing a lot lately. Uncertainties, slow progress, and some other personal problems. Drawing everyday can be taxing. Sometimes I forget that this activity should be fun, not something that should enslave me. That I should do this, instead of this. That this art is better than my art. It can put your mind in a maze where sometimes you think you're going in the right direction but you'd just find another wall and have to backtrack and getting lost in the process. Today I found out this technique called Automatic Drawing where you put your mind to a blank state and start drawing away. Just letting your sub-conscious mind take over not thinking what the outcome of the drawing. Not judging if it's going to be beautiful or ugly. Just rip away, not erasing anything. I hope and pray that someday, I won't get lost anymore and if I do, I'll go back to this post and remind myself.

I encourage anyone who haven't heard of this yet to try this technique. I hope it helped a little.
