I've been using your icons for a few months now...which says a little as I've been a programmer and IT Director since 94 and am rarely interested in something like this for very long. I just don't have the patience as I'm constantly moving to new equipment...but you've demonstrated some fine skill and talent, here...and a work ethic. I hope you've got a plan for the next few years...

I haven't worked on the Metro UI or Uinvert sets in quite some time.. plus I've been quite busy. :/
And I'm sorry, I don't know much at all about alpha channels/coloring so I couldn't tell you..

Sorry but I don't know how I would answer the question. I don't use IconPackager and I'm currently not working on the UI or Uinvert icon sets, but I may add it to IP one day. I don't know at this point.

Thank you for the reply. It's great to have 700+ icons to choose from but replacing them one at a time is kind of a pain as IconPackager from Stardock requires you to have a .IP file. You could drag drop the icons, yes, but it's still a lot of work.
Anyhow thank you for the amazing effort, the icons are really nice!

This is one of the most awesome collection of custom icons I've ever come across in DeviantArt. Hope dAKirby309 will continue expanding this icon design. It has some great potential though
