Just like the critique the rating can be added by groupies admins.

1. It can be compulsory / optional according to admins.
2. The rating could be further summed up and divided by two to make it out of 10.
example :
vision : 4
originality : 5
Technique : 4
Impact : 3

Total is 4+5+4+3 = 16 /20
Convert it to out of 10.

So it will be 8/10. These will be the final points added as ratings..

Now another option to encourage group members to be more active is giving a new member only 5 rating points to vote.

So just as in above case the total points were 16/20.
The points be converted to 5.
i.e 4 /10

The maximum rating points that a user can vote with will increase with more activity in the group ( like comments made or ratings earned for own deviation)
This will act as an incentive to remain active in a group.
