As you drive in, there are large pastures on each side of the road, leading towards a small roundabout planted with yellow tulips and decorated with a galloping racehorse statue. To the right is the parking lot, left is a small pathway to access the pasture gates and straight is the stables and buildings.
The front building has 6 very large stables, used for foaling purposes or for horses that get nervous in small spaces. There are also tack rooms, feed rooms, wash boxes and an office in this section. On the right are the stallion stables, and the left the mare stables. Both these blocks have double rows of stables, some facing to the inside of the yard and some facing outside.

The other buildings are the horse therapy centre and the staff house. In the therapy centre there is a swimming pool for horse fitness, vet boxes for sick or injured horses and on-site veterinary machines for the best horse care.

In the house there is a small kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a small living area for staff to be able to shower, eat and take a small break when working and be able to stay over and monitor any sick horses or mares in foal.

There are 3 more pastures to the side of the buidings and a large horse walker to the other side.

Then where the magic happens, the racetrack. There is a sand surface track to the outside and a grass track on the inside. The stands are built so that everyone has a good view of both tracks the whole way around.

There is also forest gallops, where the horses can train or hack on a wide grass track for fitness through the forest in nicer scenery. The ground here however, is not so good in wet months.
