Beautiful. In one perspective it's nature mimicing itself. In another it's the very idea of a chameleon in metaphor. And finally, it's like some indie design or space age affair. Great shot, I love it.

Such great details! I love how the light shines through the plant. And it's amazing how such a simple picture can keep a viewer's attention for quite a long time.
This almost looks like a grinning face.

In my opinion, sunlight is the best source to illuminate a plant such as this. So you used your surroundings very well, assuming that sunlight did indeed light this plant from behind. 8)
The detail is gorgeous, and the color is so vibrantly captured.
Nature is intriguing in terms of what it creates, and this is a beautiful representation of that. I am in love with this.

Firstly, I find it rather sad how this has so little amount of comments. It definitely deserves a lot more. I fell in love with this photo a while ago, only it's just now I'm getting around to commenting on it.
What I really love about this photo is how you've taken a natural subject, but there's an abstract twist to it - very appealing to me indeed. Technically, I'd say the macro side of it came out perfect. The overall clarity and details is absolutely stunning. The colours, well the green against that solid black background is delicious. One thing I really adore about this photo though is the lighting. It goes from a nice dark green to a very bright one. It's like it's glowing. I think it's spot on really and is what makes this shot so special.
Overall, this is a fantastically taken photo that I'm in love with. I can't really find any fault in it, anything that could be improved. Even down to the simple bordering, it's perfect. Well done and thank you for sharing this beauty
