Description
Also part of the sketchdump project I'm doing.I did a study on body language, as I felt it was badly needed for the whole 'storytelling aspect' of my art.
Did some research on how to read body language (and manipulate it) and summarized it in this small study
Placed it in the tutorial category because it might be helpful to some of you as well ^^
Character is Sato from my Emion project.

would it be alright to use this as a practice and give you full credit?? id replace the character and add your name to it kind of like a drawing meme i guess??

Saved it as a reference for getting familiar with body language and words that describe it (English is not my native language).

Very good and useful! I'd like to point out that the Angry/Agressive one has a very good chance to actually fight you physically. He is in an "attack position", preparing to take you down.
It's very different from the "other kind" of angry. The one who shouts at you, makes exaggerated movements, etc etc. The "i'm making a scene" kind. He's just telling you "i'm angry, back down". Only a bluff.

They're all shoplifters, that's why they have those big coats.

Very useful
Have always wondered how I could coordinate a bit of my characters' personalities into the anatomy

Nice! Are you going to draw a manga with this character or do you already have one but I'm too blind to see? =w=

The character is part of a novel I'm writing.
I'm not sure if there will be a manga, since sequential art isn't really my thing. But if you're interested, there are descriptions underneath most of my artworks that tell about the story

Something to help: concept artist Lain McCraig refers to stock characters for "character types" based on what body part they lead with.
Chest/torso for heroes.
Pelvis for slackers.
Knees for cowards.
Head for intellectuals/thinkers.
