November wasn't such a productive month for drawing for me, as I spend most of the time writing on the Emion novel -- which went remarkably well, I did 100+ pages last month and I'm still going
Anyway... I finally got a fullsize mirror hanging in my drawing room, which makes it a lot easier to use myself as a reference.
A totally legit excuse to draw some dynamic poses. More or less a follow up on the thing I did last March.
Yep, these are all characters of mine.
The writing inspired me pretty badly to some of those characters in fighting poses. Because epic powers are totally epic!
Characters from left to right, top to bottom;
01. Sato (old outfit)
02. Anima. Some power-up move.
03. Sergei. Yeah, he has a mad obsession with fire.
04. Sato
05. Maximillian vs Sato. The height difference is real XD
06. Rena
07. Sato (again XD)
08. Anima. Full form, with all the glowy stuff :')
09. Aiden. Yes, those guns can shut power-users at any time. He's a fucking badass XD
10. Sayako
11. Mana. The dude absorbs light and uses it as energy. That's why he always glows XD
12. Sato with his new outfit.
13. Sergei again. I wanted to do foreshortening so badly XD
14. Sato again. Dude got hurt.
Oh yeah... I had a whole lot of fun doing this XD

They are all so pretty! Sato's outfit sure changed quite drasticaly. I wonder how he got hurt...?

The storyline takes place over the timespan of a few years (especially when you include flashbacks and everything) so yeah... outfits change during those times.
The one with the triangle scarf is one of his regular outfits. The one with the regular scarf and the armband is a student uniform. The one with the white and gold is one he wears later in the storyline, mostly during formal (politic) events. The last one is just a regular hospital outfit.
And the dude got hurt because he's really bad at making friends and really good at making enemies. Somebody beat him up XD

And I'm glad it works well with the emotion. It's my main goal nowadays to get the emotion or expression of the character right
