This guy with maniac look ( a quality shared by all members of its family xd... at least the paleoart says so) is Lacusovagus, a chaoyangopterid azhdarchoid from middle gondwana, or what is now, Brazil.

its remains were found in the crato formation, a diverse ecosystem that was probably coastal. At that time,120 m.a ago, during the aptian stage, the South Atlantic was opening up in a long narrow shallow inland sea. High variety of pterosaurs have been found here, probably the precursors of the santana´s biota pterosaurs.
