This is indeed an odd piece, but one that is not without its charms.
I particularly like the faint colours of the background, the three colours with a strong mix of white seems to go quite well with the rest.
It's quite unusual how the person seems to be one with the plant almost, due to their colours and how close they are to the rose. The flowing hair, which seems to be one of the main parts, is nicely done.
The strong and faint reds of the rose in the corner also add quite alot in terms of colour to this piece.

i really like how you could look at the sillouette and depending on how you view it, you could be looking at a side profile with breasts, or the left shoulder pushed forward mid turn.
the limited colors and the speckled "petals?" give it almost a chalk feel

Ahh, yes, it DOES look like a nymph. Wow, what a gorgeous piece, damphy. I love all the colours you used on this pic, not sticking to the usual "plant" tones to do it all, but instead, opting to use the entire spectrum to create this springlike, joyous scene.
