Wow, I haven't drawn this little guy in ages.So, a while ago I dreamed up this odd little race of critters. Never really named the race, just the two main ones I drew, ZuZu and Booger. They're most closely related to rabbits and cats... the fameous Cabbit craze is one of the big reasons I stopped drawing them... got tired of hearing "OMG I luv cabbits but u drew them wrong!!!"
Aaaaaaanyway, they're born with shorter, stumpy ears wiht big puffs of fur on the end, their ears grow longer and heavier as they grow older and/or stronger. So the longer and heavier the ears, the more powerful the critter. Young/weak ones can hold their ears upright, but the stronger and older ones can't. Their color reflects the element they're equated with. ZuZu is air, so he's light blue and white.
They have their own little language, but in some stories I give them the ability to talk 'human' laguage. Dunno, it depends, I shift my chracters around so much. 
So I whipped this little thing up in a few hours. Was fun to draw my little Zuz's again.
Sketched out in mechanical pencil, lines in Illustrator, colored in Photoshop.
This one's for =UmbraVulpis , because I know she loves ZuZu.

I'm just plain stupid. It's written on the sentence that the element is air. Thus having blue and white colours. I think I need some eye-checkup.

The colouring is very nice, I really like how soft and subtle it turned out to be. The choosing of the specific colours really blends in, although I am not sure why it's a bit bluish on the edges of the bottom part of the ears and the edge of the tail, it makes it look like there is something blue that glows under.
Not that it's a problem, I just don't see where the glow is coming from. Or perhaps maybe it's intended to be that way because it has blueish furs on the edges.
Nice work, really.
And that's one lucky person to receive an art from you. I never received an art from anyone.
