"And he would be the best king there is!" Ahadi went on.
"Ahadi?" asked Chini.
"Yes?" answered Ahadi.
"Why wasn't your father happy that we were having a cub?" Chini questioned.
"Don't worry about it, its just a stupid royal thing." said Ahadi.
"What was it? Tell me." said Chini.
"Fine...I was suppose to marry someone else I didn't know. A total stranger. In return, her pride and our pride would have shared the lands." said Ahadi.
"But didn't your father know that you didn't know her?" asked Chini.
"He didn't care. He didn't care of what I thought. He didn't care of how I felt. He didn't care about me." said Ahadi.
"But you're his son. Why would he do that?" asked Chini.
"To him, I wasn't a son. I was just a heir to the throne. I was bred, not selected. He picked the best females in the pride to mate with to make a strong heir. That's why I have so many half siblings. I was just used as a back up version of him. Nothing else." said Ahadi.
"You didn't mate with me to have Mufasa for that reason, did you?" asked Chini.
"Of course not. I love him! He is our little king. I will be the father I wanted my father to be." finished Ahadi.
