Bio
Carmen is a mysterious being that escaped from her own dimension. Where she came from, she is pretty strong but isn't the strongest one there and the humans in her world are very capable defeating her or capturing her. One day, she hears that she can have greater power if she is able to fuse with someone that seems to sync with her, someone like her that matches her ideals. So she leaves her dimension and decided she wanted to hide her true self. At first when she didn't know what she was looking for, she destroyed the planet. When other civilizations heard about her, they started submitting, even worshiping her. She would hop from dimension to dimension picking random planets to assimilate. She would send her army that she created to each section of the planet and the people in it would be converted or killed and soon the planet would be no more. She tried to look for someone that matched her ideals but the fusions would fail and all of the subjects wouldn't increase her power. When she finally hears of Rouge, she feels she might be the key to her soon to be new power since in a way, their ideals and beliefs of power and riches are alike. Carmen looked into Rouge for a bit found herself very interested in the Mobian bat. After taking over earth in another dimension (namely the mirror earth or Moebius) She named herself Carmen, and took the form she has now. She has a liking for Megaman because he reminds her of someone she use to like in her dimension.
Personality
Carmen despite being a goddess, is very care free. In all the dimensions she has been in other than her own, nothing was able to hurt her so she really doesn't fear anything. She can be very flirtatious. She is always craving for a sadistic trill and she can be very unpredictable. One day she can be nice, another she is feeding on one of her minions. She loves a good fight, something no one has been able to give her since she left. She tends to toy with her victims before ending them because she wants the fight to last (namely kicking her enemy around). Carmen strongly believes in "might makes right" and the strong should make the world as it sees fit. She has no regard for life and she thinks a world with morals isn't a free world.
However despite all this, she is strangely calm and acts like a big sister to those she takes interest in. She hopes that they can leave things that hold them back and truly be free with themselves so they can become stronger. She sometimes goes out of her way to max out someones potential when she senses it. She likes it when people fear her but she likes it better when they defy her. She then promptly shows them their place
She doesn't like weakness and tends to brutalize those she deems as such.

Powers
She seems to have alot of powers and abilities but no one has seen her use even half of them mostly because the fights end too fast. What is known of her so far is the following;
-she has amazing speed and range of her physical attacks. She towers most as she stands at 7ft but she can also stretch her limbs. She prefers to fight physically and her fighting style is very oppressive, overwhelming all kinds of defense and grabbing, hitting and kicking others at high speeds. She is so fast, time stop and slow attacks just don't effect her and she tends to play along as most time stoppers drop their guard.
-She seems to have the power to draw out power from others or just transform them into monsters. She can also suck the souls and blood of others for a simple feeding.
-She has a passive scent from her body that can charm weak willed people. She can intensify it at will. Those that get charmed are considered weak and she will promptly kick them around.
-She can form shadow clones of herself and the shadows can hold enemies in place.

Carmen can grow to any size but she stays at 7ft. Even without her heels she will grow to 7ft because she likes towering over people.
Carmen likes to go on planets and enjoy life in them before talking them over.
She tends to hold horrid events called "Sabbaths" where she invites some minions into her chambers. No one knows what goes on in there but she is the only one that comes out of there and it is left a mess
