If you see that smile on Ari's face, then problems are coming on your way… or her problems will somehow become your problems and she'll let you go down in flames XD
This is Ari, Link's twin sister; they were born in Hyrule but they got separated during the same war their parents died. After many years living in the streets, she traveled the whole continent and ended up back in Hyrule, where she was found by Link and they become family once again.

An hyperactive, tomboyish, thief, mischief maker girl of a very explosive temper (she'll beat you black and blue if you call her boy), she roams Hyrule's city looking for something to do, most of the time beating the crap out of another thief or one of her bounties. She works with Link in the Hunter's Guild of Hyrule city, so she often teams up with her brother or some of the rest of her friends, most of the time Dizi or Luz.

She's a mestizo, being part Hylian, Ayike, Gerudo and Sheika. She shows distinctive features of each race but she's mostly Hylian. A great empathy, she can get into somebody else's soul to feel its secrets; she can have prophetic visions too. An enhanced strength, Ayike feature, very unusual in a Hylian. A wicked resistance to magic, like any Gerudo, she's almost invulnerable to elemental magic. Her eyes can turn of a blood red color when she wants or when she's angry, showing her Sheika side, she can't see illusions magical or natural, and she can control the flows of Shadows in order to travel through them. Her hair is tinted with red, showing a part of her Gerudo lineage and her eyes are, most of the time, of a purple color.

During her whole childhood people will confuse her with a boy so she lets her hair grow in hopes they won't confuse her anymore. She's in love of Malon, but she can't get to express her feelings for the other girl. Her experiences in the streets showed her that if you let somebody know your feelings they will take them and shattered without a second thought; that's why she can't brings herself to tell her about her love.

She lives in the Forest Temple with Link, Aliku, Luz, Calis, Asmodeus, Gor, Saria, Mictlan, Kado and Tonalli. (I'll tell you more about the rest of the residents later) They are a big dysfunctional family X)

She's the selfproclaimed leader of the Strange Little Girls of Doom, the rest are Majora, Hikagi, Tonalli and Calis.

She usually carries a Katana, her main weapon, but she masters too many Wind and Shadow spells (shadows doesn't mean dark or evil or etc) and many reality altering spells, like gravity, time and portals.

The tattoos on her face are part of the Sheika tradition, during their teenage years they must paint tattoo on their faces. Ari chose this particular design because of Link's scars, she wants to look more like her brother.
