The Mark IV Iron Man Armor was Tony Stark's fourth Iron Man suit, created to replace the Mark III after it was heavily damaged during the fight with Obadiah Stane. As it was not created with specific upgrades in mind, the Mark IV is very similar to the Mark III with only minor changes.
