Kudungga merupakan seorang kepala suku yang masuk Hindu dan Raja awal pendiri Kerajaan Kutai.Kudungga was the founder of the kingdom Kutai Martadipura with the title of Maharaja Kudungga Anumerta Devavarman, who ruled around the year 350 AD or 4th century AD.
