Ocarina of Time: Shipped with everything in that game that could be called 'female'.
Twilight Princess: Zelda has largely been overshadowed by Midna and Ilia.
Skyward Sword: OK, you've got me on that one.
I kind of see what Koei was going for, but of the three Links Cia has officially seen, only one was really 'bound' to the nearest Zelda. If you count the other timelines and the Links that Cia hasn't seen, you'd probably get a ratio more in favour of the Zelda theory, but still!
