Okay... I'm am LOVING this whole picture editing thing!!!I can do all sorts of neat things with it!!!!
This is Mintie and Lethe, I drew them entirely in GIMP (I didn't use any traditional methods whatsoever [first time! ^_^])
Then I used the editing tools on Photobucket to get the cool effect. I made a bunch of other versions too! XD
