Description
Concept sketch portrait of Wacky Wolf and SpyshellWacky Wolf was Harry Hare's [link] protege when he was filming TV cartoon shows in the '80s. But he was only shown in supporting roles. After the Cartoon layout of the early 00s, Wacky is unemployed and penniless. He ends up being partners with a beautiful high school student/superspy named Spyshell. Together, they scour the globe catching international criminals and saving the world.
It's been inspired by the Miranda Wright episodes of Disney's Bonkers, and Spyshell is inspired from Sam from Totally Spies.

Interesting concept. It's kinda funny that this is partially inspired by "Bonkers," which was itself inspired by "Who Framed Roger Rabbit." I like the somewhat Hanna Barberaish design of Wacky Wolf.
