This is supposed to be Mikami from Death Note with some cats. I'm sorry it's bad. And the cats look like they're on drugs.

The Idea: I was talking to one of my friends and she was going on about her neighbors and said something like "and then we have them over there, and they're basically those crazy cat people" and I thought of Mikami for some reason and drew him with some cats. I don't usually draw with this style, but my usual style wouldn't really fit to well with the picture. When I scanned it, it didn't scan right so most of the picture I had to re-draw on the computer(which I'm terrible at.) Any feedback would appriciated.

Mikami belongs to Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata.
