Wow, that is a beautiful scene! I don't know why you think your environments need more work - if this is the standard of your work, then you're certainly on the right track.
As for the piece, I love the colour scheme - neon pink and blue work really well together. The level of detail is insane, too - you've clearly got more patience than me.
