How your brain latches on to the faintest hopes and perceives them as reality, then confusing the rest of your being into believing it.

Imagining that this is the truth you go through life convinced of it and hopefully expecting your hopeless dreams to come true.

Without reason or rationality you find yourself dependent on that hope like a drug you can't stop taking.

Your mind so easily follows your heart at times, and although you know how hopeless your dreams are, you still want to believe what your heart wants and therefore go with the hopes instead of being honest and facing the sad truth.


Even when all the odds are stacked against you and you come face to face with the hopelessness of your dreams, you are still persistent and believe what you want the truth to be, instead of seeing things as they are.

You don't run because you have nothing to run from, instead you stand and fight, an army inside you at war, a one sided battle where dream always holds victory over reason.

With your biased view you misread situations and build your hopes, dreams and continuations of your life on this false information until it comes crashing back down around you and you realise how false your hopes were and how empty and meaningless your dreams and you yourself are.



However, if these dreams were accomplished, if one day they came true, would you be happy?

Would it satisfy your human need for bigger, for better?

Pursuing these hopeless dreams gives you reason to live, gives you reason to take care of yourself and can help you to find yourself and take paths you may not have otherwise taken.

Even when you give up on your hopeless dream, you will look back with fondness and admiration for the things you have accomplished whilst following your hopeless dream.
