Crete , Greece , 2012 JuneI took this photo in the Venetian Port , in Chania , Crete.
For me , this photo represents the actual situation in Greece : always the Sea , always an old port , the solitude , the old man looking to nowhere and the young man in motion .
For me , this is the imagine of Greece 2012 .

I know it's hard to do in broad daylight, but when there are moving subjects and not a lot of other interest in a photo, it can help to use a slower shutter speed to . I noticed you were shooting at 400ISO which is far more sensitive than necessary for daylight shooting. With a lower ISO, and a neutral density filter you could add a lot to a photo such as this one.
