Description
2 years ago to the day the project "moleskin" was started by Kai.S.The idea was to use the connected pages of the moleskin to create one large image. Every artist contributed one spreadpage and continued his picture on the following page with a few clue lines for the next artist. The next artist only got to see these lines and not the precedent pictures. After the first two images were done I took over the project from Kai and now in the beginning of 2009 the project was finally completed.

You did an awesome job, really, but I must say that this concept was actually done by the DADA and Surrealist artists around the time of WWII if I am accurate. So it's been around a little longer than two years

dunno how it is named in english it looks like a visual"cadavre exquis" the idea is the same, very funny to do, someone start a sentence and hide all this one except the last word, and give the paper to the next person who do the same, at the end someone unfold the paper and read the senseless sentence and sometime funny

awesome!
I used to do that with my friends when I was a kid, but we called it the "complete the monster" game - 'cause it would usually turn out a monster, of course.

^^, It was extremely swell and satisfying to have gradually scrolle through this to determine the different interpretations that each artist had taken to sustain the moleskin from each contribution - what an epic project ;A; this is definitely a well-deserved favorite from me, Lolita 8)

lol, me and some friends play that game all the time, esp in summer - when we travel, when we're around the fire, camping, when we're bored on some rainy day in some caffe...
it's the ultimate laughs when you unfold the sheet!

Thats amazing! I have seen similar projects one of them called "Square world of dreams". Here is a link [link] in case you would like to take a look.
P.S. every time you load the page all the pictures load in random order.
