The ear seems to need some work though, it might need some more shadows and pulling out as it looks kinda flat now.Also the eyes are done well, but I got the feeling he looks evil; maybe lowering the bottom lid, or even having him look down would fix that.

this is a really interesting piece... he's got two key things going on
a unique impression, but also an uncomfortable emotion to him... but its a calm picture as well... its really interesting and you eyes just kinda explore it
