Besides the obvious DROOL factor, I think the painting is very nice. I especially like the way the light is shining off his tattoo, much like it does when the ink is very fresh. The smoke is a nice touch as well.... though it makes me think he must smell bad (smoking is BAD, people, BAD!!!!)

If you look at any of the numerous nudes of women here on DA, you'll find that there are a lot of horny boys who don't get out either, and are a lot less constructive and respectful with their lewd comments about the models.
This painting is amazing on so many levels, he looks like the kind of guy who would have that expression if someone were looking at him too long.
I think it is because he looks so real that he appeals so much to Lolita's fans.
