This might sound like a silly question but I'm really curious... When you say "listening to the song" you mean 1. you had it on repeat playing over and over while you drew, or 2. that you listened to the song when you started/had the idea or 3. either you drew it extremely quickly or 4. the song is one of those 30 minute long songs (and still you drew quite fast!) or 5. some other explanation that I can't think of right now.

Its got a really nice feel to it, you should chuck it in photoshop and tweak teh tone a little maybe a dark blue?
