Rain was falling at the moment due to strange cyclonic weather. Yet even though it was 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the 20 mph winds and 100% humidity created a chill factor of 21 degrees, making it miserable for me at the moment because I have been sick with a minor virus which causes me to, among other things, feel much more sensitive to cold than I normally would be. This would've been just fine on a healthy day for me, as I am used to the teens and 20s on a regular basis throughout the long 5-9 months of a typical Utah winter!
