Sakura's Powered up form, gives her the power to convert enemy powers into ability stars. She can then take on more forms and use new powers.
Tried incorporating a Cherry Blossom into the dress. Also added a shooting star headband.
Drawing the frills on the neckline were a pain, but with the pen tool it was more fun than doing them by hand.
