Description
My friend Nick Sanborn has recently finished writing and self-publishing his first book, entitled the Irresponsibly Awesome Guide to Cryptozoology. In the guide, Nick gives a thorough description of the many different cryptids that inhabit the world, from the unusually blurry Bigfoot, to the bike stealing El Chupacabra, and every sick creature in between. I just finished reading it, and I must say that he did an awesome job. Though the writing is outrageous, over the top, and visceral by itself, the illustrations that accompany the text really seal the deal. They add three foot spikes to already charging stegosaurs-of-a-narrative. My favorite entries are the parasitic Mullet, Werewolves, and of course Vikings. The cover art, Thor riding a three-headed Tyrannosaurus, was colorized by yours truly.
