I've finally figured out how to do vector art in photoshop. I could never figure out the pen tool in the past.For those who understand Pokemon, I've actually encountered a shiny Lugia on my first try.

What?! A shiny on your first try?! Well it can happen but never happened to me. Although I have gotten a shiny sentret in the begining of my Soulsilver game. I got it after you get pokeballs and before you battle your rival on Route 29 I think. It was the first route. I was looking for a rattata and found it. That I believe was one of th ones I got in very few encounters. I currently have 8 I found out of luck, 1 I chained, and 2 I chained but got deleted so in total 11.
