Description
The Osean Federation, colloquially known as Osea, is the largest continent in Strangereal and the most important player at the international stage, possessing the most powerful military and economy than any other country. Driven by its own power and ambitions, Osea held expansionist ideologies and annexed new territories throughout the 20th century with aggressive nature, which led to major conflicts such as the Osean War, the Belkan War, and the Usean coup d'état. A rivalry also existed between Osea and the Union of Yuktobanian Republics, which led to the Cold War in the 1980s and 1990s.

In the 21st century, especially following the election of President Vincent Harling, Osea's expansionism was toned down and the country diminished its military power to follow a more peaceful foreign policy. Despite the Circum Pacific War against Yuktobania, which was orchestrated by a group of Belkan nationalists known as the Grey Men as revenge for the Belkan War, this policy of peace continued into the 2010s. However, due to previous tensions and miscommunication regarding the development of the International Space Elevator, the Kingdom of Erusea declared war on Osea in 2019, leading to the Lighthouse War.

The Osean Air Defense Force (OADF), is one of the largests an most technologically advanced air force in Strangereal, it has been at the forefront of all major conflicts Osea has been involved and its the home of many fighter pilots that have earned the title of Ace.

UPDATE (9/24/2023): Addition of new Ranger Base bracket.

UPDATE (1/22/2024): New shade of blue for the bracket and added the initials of the branches of the Osean Defense Forces in the Branch section. Also made minor adjustments to certain characters and swapped the National Defense Service Ribbon for the real one.
