Here is the main villain of the series! Dr. Dodger is a friend of Duncan’s who turned rival due to an incident in high school where Duncan failed to stand up for him against the bullies. Misunderstanding this as an act of betrayal instead of fear, Dodger sworn to seek revenge on Duncan. He finally got his chance when Duncan and his friend DayPaw entered toon city. His plans are often foiled by self error, incompetence of his goons or an angry Pizzahead.

Bad traits: vanity, often insulting others, doesn’t take no for an answer.
