My recent entry to the Conceptart.org Character of the week challenge (CHOW), Guardian of Atlantis.
I went with as realistic an approach as I could get away with; used minimal clothing and weaponry as is optimal for swimming, and kept him pretty slender for similar reasons. However I think design wise I probably played it too safe and I've ended up with something that is a little too humanoid. But that asside I am pretty happy with how this turned out. I hope to work on it some more before the final is placed on my website (if I decide it belongs).
