It's written in the first line that you can toggle, so same question to you. What part of "You can toggle already" don't you understand ?

If you really really read the journal, you wouldn't have asked for access as it says in the first line you already have it.
That's the point You read the journal, you know that asking isn't needed. You didn'tread it though since you asked for access. That you already have. Since it's written on the journal.
That's the point. Getting condescending won't change the fact that you wouldn't have asked if you simply have read it, which you didn't do.

Everyone can access Eclipse already and you didn't read that part since you asked for something you already have. The journal makes it clear. Hence I told you to read it.
