Most handpaws aren't built over gloves, but when they are it's typically for a more un-human effect.
For example: [link] puffier fingers
So building them over gloves isn't necessary. But if you want to do that, you will need to make the pattern for the fur by using ducttape, just like you would for a fursuit head's fur pattern.

Ah thank you so much! This should help a lot. c: I am new to fursuiting and I thought I'd start with the hands, then feet and then make my way to the body and head later on. And I definitely come to you for help if needed (If thats okay, pft)

That's a really good idea. Definitely start with the tail,t hen the hands and move on from there. That'll help you get used to the fur, but typically fursuit heads are a completely different ballpark when you add the foam in there.
Of course, no worries, come to me as often as needed!
