Here is Lion-O's mom. She's featured in episode 17 "Native Son". We had a rough name, Leona. But it was never spoken in the show. And I don't know that we had it cleared through legal.Related content

I was ecstatic when I saw her in episode 17. She is probably the most beautiful female character ever in the ThunderCats series.
Why can't she be called Leona again? Because I don't see how that's a problem... It fits her...but for some reason she makes me think of the name "Claudia" XD

She reminds me of Princess Zelda from the games. What is your inspiration behind her final design? Was it to make her look like a Roman or Korean because of the feather belt hanging from her waist? What's your secret? I like Leona. It reminds me of Leo from "Legacy" and I think it would fit well with the plot. You know when Lion-o relives the events made by his ancestor Leo. Her original name, Leona would fit well.
