...so the new (or rather back to original) way of the barbarians to fight is highly ineffective...

Despite their large numbers perhaps outnumbering the defenders by one to 50 their inability in following orders, everyone fighting on his own accord, temporary collecting a few followers for a small temporary scheme was not enough to topple the more organised defenders however divided they were in their own sub-factions....

at one point Derkek the Wild-toothed managed to get 50 fellow barbarians to help him build a mobile Siege-Tower and they actually got it ready and stated pushing it towards the capital wall...

well then it got stuck one wheel jammed on a tree-trunk´s root, so they asked a bunch of barbarians close by to give them a hand...

the only thing was that this bunch was trying to build ladders for climbing the walls and it ended in them fighting the Siege-tower blokes for the wood and they lost and got pillaged by their own...

Here is a scene where you see some Barbarians climbing a section of wall guarded just by a noble and his henchman...

- (Noble) Ok the ants are climbing each other now again, they are reaching quite far, perhaps we should take a pause in our Hold em game and push them down with you giant poker again...

- ( Henchman ) Hey My Lord, the top of them are fighting each others, so we can do 3-5 round more, or are you afraid to loose the card game again? I dropped out at 3rd grade and can hardly count, still I win against a schooled noble like you Sir!!!

- ( Noble ) ha, the only reson you think that you are winning all the times is that you can´t count, I am not afraid, actually I double the ante!!! but you are right about one thing, they wont disturb us for some hours more... and when the tips can touch the machicolations then we push them back, I just love seeing their faces when they fall backwards, shall we make a bet on how many break their necks this time?

- ( Henchman ) ha, ha, ha, yeah someone should invent a machine that capture their faces on parchment some we could see their silly faces for eternity or even better make a sequence of these images that would look like a moving picture when you pulled them fast between your eyes... Ok, Top, I say that 5 will break their necks this time!!!

- ( Noble ) ha what a stupid idea, only the lower class born in the dirt could think of such a stupid idea, Now lets return to our game... Ok, I say 6 or more and I double your bet!!!
