I was googling images of Paper Mario characters at 3 am last night (as you do), and I realized that no one has really done any perler art of Whacka. So here he is!
Luckily, Whacka is basically Diglett, but blue and derpier, so it wasn't too hard to find some reference sprites to help make this. I quite like the way it turned out.
It's about time to save the Whacka from extinction!
