I made it, finally! After days, my fiftieth deviation is over and published. I HAVE FIFTY DEVIATIONS NOW!!!

If you see well, you'll note Michael and Lorena are mermaids. But why?

I was originally going to do this special deviation in a Super Bowl fashion. With Michael holding the Lombardi trophy, the numbers 5 and 0 between the trophy (like in the Super Bowl 50, the 2016 and 50th Super Bowl), and Lorena watching it all in one side.

But,

I remembered I didn't do the challenge of MerMay that month. I struggled a lot with the drawing I was doing, and the drawing didn't finish as I wanted. The fins of my characters (well, their tails) were highly unrealistic and I put details in the tails that really didn't fit. I was regretting doing that drawing.

For making this second attempt, I based my characters' tails in this drawing made by JoseArtCenteno (thank you, love you btw ). This time, the fins went much better, and make me feel satisfied. And the fish part will not have details. Just their signature color. And the only details will be a symbol that identifies them. For Michael, four-pointed stars because he's very stylish.   And for Lorena, her favorite figure, hearts because she's overly affectionate with her brother Michael. You should know why.

And that's the story of this little special drawing. An AU in which Michael and Lorena are mermaids (well, merman in the case of Michael), live in a coral reef and are a true couple rather than siblings.   Their love is entirely romantic, they spent time together much more and they have a special place, a sunken ship, to hide from the world and love each other without disturbs.

With this, I finally did the Mermay challenge more than two months later. And this AU will be a prominent feature of my content. You will see more of my characters in a fish form. I'll write a love story surrounding my two characters in the next submissions. Hope you to like them all.
