This is one of the most beautiful photographs I've ever seen. I wish I could critique something but all I can say is that maybe the reflection of light on the nail polish attracts your eyes a little too much and unpainted nails might have been better, just because with the mug ring there is a lot of reflecting light in that small area.
Some of my favorite things about it is that the clothing material contrasts really nicely with the wooden table because the clothing looks soft and warm while the wood looks... well like wood, dead smooth and probably cold given that the lighting is cool and she's holding a mug as well has having a warm color scheme.
Something about the picture gives it a timeless look and both highlights the freckles and makes them seem flawless.

So the first thing my eyes were drawn to, was her eyes, gazing off into the far distance. Her expression suggests many different potential trains of thoughts going on in her head, such as longing for whatever may be outside, or perhaps a simple desire for the rain to stop. What I really appreciate about this picture, is that the model is fully clothed, which, in my opinion, brings out her beauty far more than if she had just been in her underwear or whatever. Her pose looks like she might have just woken up, and drinking coffee, or maybe that she is relaxing and enjoying a nice cup of tea after an afternoon full of gardening. You did a fantastic shot of the model, striking a nice contrast between a detailed subject and a vague and blurred back drop.
Four Stars for vision, because the description does not include what you were trying to achieve with this photograph. However, I feel like you were looking to make the viewer ask themselves questions, and the aura of the picture certainly makes me want to know more about what she is doing; its just so full of mystery!
Five Stars for originality, as I haven't really seen such a pose before that is so well captured.
Five Stars for technique. I read a little on your profile page, such as that you are a self taught photographer. That is really impressive to see such amazing shots, and to know that you got to that skill level on your own. This picture is certainly no exception, with the angle, lighting and subject-background contrast all being nigh perfect.
Five Stars for impact, because I love pictures that contain many different emotions, and the way this was shot is just absolutely amazing. This has a well-earned spot in my faves!
As for what could be improved upon, well I'm afraid I can't really help you here. I don't have any experience with photographing people, so I can't point out any flaws for this work. My only gripe would be that there wasn't anything in the description to tell me what you were going for, so I could have given a perfect 5 stars...
